HU JING
Helmed by Chef Yamaguchi, Hu Jing is a modern reimagining of Cantonese cooking. Renowned for its signature roasted duck, it also serves classics such as dim sum and a selection of wines for pairing.

MERCATO
Inspired by the seasonality of the quintessential Italian market, Janu Mercato serves the finest ingredients, cooked simply and served with heart. From fresh pasta and local asparagus to Ossobuco, enjoy the best of Italian cooking in a buzzy setting.

A modern take on sumibiyaki, Sumi offers an intimate omakase experience with 13 seats around a live grill. Cooking the finest seafood and meats over charcoal, paired with fine wines, sakes and beautiful views of the Azabudai skyline.

Iigura reinterprets the time-old tradition of Edomae-style sushi making with the freshest local ingredients. Serving a seasonal menu of sashimi and small plates that can be enjoyed at your table — or omakase-style, seated at the counter with chef Shinohara.

Celebrating the simple pleasure of cooking with flame, the Janu Grill serves the finest meat and seafood dishes. From Japanese dry-aged T-bone steaks to whole lobster, expect a spectacular show from the open kitchen and bar.

Both day and night, Janu Bar is a space that seduces and entertains. Curated by leading Japanese mixologist, Shuzo Nagumo, it explores the sensory language of Tokyo through the art of mixology. Expect dazzling flavour combinations and technical mastery.
