BAMBOO AFTERNOON DELIGHTS

Delight in a beautifully curated set of 15 savoury and sweet bites, elegantly presented in fine bamboo steamers. The selection comprises signature dishes, such as Peking Duck Rillettes, alongside delicately steamed dim sum and seven exquisite sweets.
 
Available year-round from 1.30 pm on weekdays and from 2pm on weekends, limited to 10 sets per day.

Vegan Afternoon Tea

Celebrate International Tea Day (1 November) with a Vegan Afternoon Tea featuring Okinawa Tea Factory blends. Bringing autumn warmth, sweets include Almond Milk Pudding with Rose Tea Jelly and Baked Cheesecake with Osmanthus Tea Cream, paired with savoury bites such as Vegetable Parfait with Rosemary Tea Jelly.

JANU BAR

Japanese Fruit Cocktail Collection

This season, Janu Bar presents three cocktails inspired by the rich aroma of locally grown pears. The Pear & Cold Brew Martini, Pear & Sake Cocktail and Pear Affogato Mocktail offer a unique winter experience, with a delicate balance of fragrance, umami and a lingering finish.

Janu Grill

Seasonal Menu

Janu Grill offers a hearty seasonal menu, including an indulgent Salmon en Croûte with Chestnut Risotto and Mushrooms, which showcases the flavours of autumn wrapped in buttery pastry. With just five portions available daily, the dish is available for dinner only and can be shared by two to three people.

Purple Sweet Potato Mont Blanc Tart

Celebrate the flavours of autumn with our seasonal Mont Blanc tart, featuring purple sweet potatoes. A crisp, golden base is filled with rich almond cream and chestnuts, then generously topped with smooth purple sweet potato cream, light Chantilly, creating layers of texture and warmth.

Autumn Menu

This autumn, enjoy a variety of dishes made with seasonal ingredients at Hu Jing, including Sashimi of Returned Bonito and Autumn Salmon and Lettuce Eight-Grain Fried Rice. Evolving creatively while paying respect to tradition, these seasonal dishes are available as a multi-course menu or a la carte selection.

JANU GRILL

Thanksgiving Dinner

On 27 November 2025, Janu Grill will create a special Thanksgiving Dinner to mark the occasion. The menu begins with a Butternut Squash Soup, followed by Grilled Flounder prepared in the open kitchen. A main course of Roast turkey with all the trimmings is followed by a moreish Cherry Pie paired with Vanilla Ice Cream.

HU JING

Fridays at Hu Jing

For a new way to celebrate the end of the week, Hu Jing presents a seven-course dinner of sharing plates, paired with 90 minutes of free-flowing Veuve Clicquot rosé Champagne.

Available every Friday, with reservations for parties of two or more. Please note tables are reserved for two-hours only and the last seating is at 8pm.

SUMI

Tsudoi Tasting Menu

Meaning ‘gathering’ in Japanese, the Tsudoi menu at Sumi invites loved ones to come together around the table. Served omakase style, the experience features a selection of seasonal appetisers, charcoal-grilled Japanese black beef, pot-cooked rice and a collection of decadent desserts.

Janu Tokyo Original Gin Batch.2

The latest batch of Janu Tokyo Original Gin, collaborating with Ethical Spirits celebrates the refreshing aromas of yuzu and kabosu, sweetness of orange and freshness of green tea. Available for purchase or to order at any of the hotel’s eight restaurants and bars.
