The pinnacle of mixology and French cuisine
Immerse yourself in ‘The Cities of Tokyo’ at Janu Tokyo, where renowned mixologist Shuzo Nagumo and Michelin-starred chef Hiroyasu Kawate of Florilege come together for a unique, limited-time bar experience. From 15 November 2024 to 13 January 2025, explore Tokyo’s spirit through eight signature cocktails inspired by the city’s essence and paired with five exclusive bar dishes that blend French artistry with Japanese soul.
Afternoon Tea
Indulge in a contemporary and creative Afternoon Tea experience that evolves with the seasons, served in the spacious Janu Lounge where the ambiance seamlessly complements the ever-changing array of sweet and savoury treats.
Shanghai Crab
An autumn delicacy in Chinese culinary culture, Hu Jing presents a seasonal menu featuring premium Shanghai crab. Chef Yusuke Yamaguchi has curated both multi-course and a la carte options, with notable dishes including Steamed Shanghai Crab and Tofu and Yuba with Crab Roe Stew.

Enjoy a special afternoon tea in Janu Lounge & Garden Terrace, or head to Janu Bar to taste our seasonal cocktails. During the holiday period, 21-25 December, Janu Mercato and Janu Grill will be serving a festive feast, while our Holiday Hamper, filled with stollen, gingerbread cookies and wine, provides the perfect opportunity to share the joy.
